General Duties of Committee Members
-Attend meetings on regular basis.
-Assist other committee members or dairy princess, alternates, or ambassadors during a promotional event.
-Assist with transportation to an event.
-Help solicit funds, materials or help for a promotional event.
-Act as a resource person.
-Be willing to serve on different committees for pageant, fundraising, events, etc.

Upcoming Meeting Agenda:
- Current merchandise inventory & proposal for merchandise purchases, to be presented by Tina, Jessica, Kelly & Katie.
- Discussion of possible unique T-shirt designs for future merchandise orders.
- County Fair planning - scheduling booth attendants, discussing what is being donated and what is being purchased, what inventory we will have to sell, etc.
- Reports: Treasurer, Website, Court Activity, etc.

Our Mission

The ADADC is funded by dairy producers in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. It is one of 18 regional units of Dairy Management, Inc.
As part of the ADADC communications work group, the NYS County Dairy Promotion Program is designed to increase the consumption and sale of fluid milk and dairy products to consumers to foster better relations between urban and rural people through one-on-one contact at the local level.

Please support our SCHOLARSHIP FUND!
Each year the committee gives a scholarship of $300 to a former member of the dairy princess program to fund their pursuit of higher education. We raise money for this program through various drawings and 50/50 raffles throughout the year.
This year, the committee gave out scholarships to three deserving candidates, each in the amount of $300! The awards went to:
